1. Respect for Intellectual Property

OndaCastrespects the intellectual property rights of artists, broadcasters, and authors. We adhere strictly to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and respond expeditiously to valid infringement claims.

2. Copyright Ownership

The OndaCast platform interface, codebase, graphic logos, and custom audio player technologies are protected by copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights of OndaCast.

3. Third-Party Content & Streams

OndaCast is a discovery directory. We index live radio streams, podcasts, and public domain audiobooks streamed directly from original broadcaster endpoints and the Internet Archive. We do not store or host copyrighted media files on our servers.

4. Station Logos & Metadata

Broadcaster logos, station call signs, and artwork are displayed under fair use for identification and commentary. Station managers may claim their stations via our Studio to update logos, metadata, or broadcast information.

5. User-Generated Content

Listeners retain ownership of reviews, community comments, and custom collections created on OndaCast, granting us a standard license to display them across the service.

6. Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown request, submit a formal notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Specific URL or station identifier on OndaCast.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
• Good-faith statement and statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury with physical or electronic signature.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed mistakenly, you may submit a formal counter-notification with your statement under penalty of perjury and consent to federal court jurisdiction.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, OndaCast maintains a policy of terminating accounts and removing broadcast entries associated with repeat copyright infringement.
