In this episode Sasha chats with Kara Walker, Host of the Money & Mental Peace Podcast. Kara graduated from college debt-free, and is now on a quest to help other students do the same. She is a twenty-something Christian entrepreneur, amateur snowboarder, and recovering over-achiever. Kara enjoys goal-setting, budgeting, and living a debt-free lifestyle, and wants to help YOU do the same!
Kara shares about give, save, spend. Sasha and Kara talk a little about kids and money. Then Kara shares about budgeting: mindset, intentionality, flexibility, and positivity in your budget. Kara says a budget is like a calendar for your money, it's just data and it helps you tell your money where to go.
