We dig into personality types and how God pre-wired each individual in your family, how to become a student of our children, and how to set clear expectations that everyone is aware of. Katies shares about what she calls 'family government' as a way to get everyone on the same page and create an environment that builds healthy children that feel safe to fail forward.
