Are you desiring more balance in your life? Could you be striving for balance, but it's actually creating more stress and overwhelm in mom life? What if there was another way? In this episode I take a look at balance and share why I honestly dislike the word. You literally cannot balance ‘all the things’ and whenever you think you can/are… you drop something, or realize that something was set aside, or a deadline was missed, to do something else. I don't believe that scripture shares of a 'balanced life'. I encourage listeners to consider harmony, or shalom, in place of balance. Then, we dive into the word harmony and all the goodness within, leaving you with some practical steps to create harmony in your life.
